- Add promotional banner for users with Polymarket accounts
- Banner detects Polymarket accounts via gamma-api proxy
- Modal allows entering/confirming Polymarket destination address
- Pre-populates destination with Polygon USDC on confirm
- Controlled by "polymarket-banner" feature flag
- Add Vercel rewrite to proxy Polymarket API (avoids CORS)

- Remove feature flag check, show banner for all users with Polymarket accounts - Replace manual address input with profile display - Show account name (if set), deposit address, and creation date - Confirm button sets destination to Polygon USDC with Polymarket address
