A properly built page — charset, zoomable viewport, description, og:image, theme-color, apple-touch-icon, a srcset hero — trips none of the meta, image, target-spacing, or CSP checks. Every check in the 1.0.x batch now has both a positive and a silent case. Local check green; merge gated on PR CI.
