ALL CHECKS PASSED / VERIFICATION FAILED as a double-height OSC 66 headline on kitty/Ghostty/foot, a boxed banner everywhere else — the run's result reads across the room.

The great-DUI polish: squint ci now ends with a verdict banner — ALL CHECKS PASSED or VERIFICATION FAILED rendered double-height via the OSC 66 text-sizing protocol on kitty, Ghostty, and foot, and as a boxed single-height banner everywhere else. Pure escape sequences with an env-sniff capability check and a SQUINT_NO_BANNER opt-out; the fallback path is unit-tested, the scaled path battle-tested live. The run's result reads across the room. Local check green; merge gated on PR CI.
