• align the README and GitHub-facing product description with Aakd's canonical CLM identity
• add an evidence-gated SEO/GEO backlog without publishing unsupported keyword research
• instrument all public high-intent CTAs with consent-only, first-event-per-runtime analytics
• classify search and AI referrals into fixed privacy-safe source classes without sending raw referrers, URLs, queries, campaigns, contract content, or customer identifiers
• document the exact analytics payload and AGPL commercial-use position
