Land Common Exhibit Contract evidence semantics: typed claims with support states, six-stage effect chains with explicit gaps, separate provenance mode and effect capability, bidirectional tracing, and an overview that is legible before inspector drill-down.
Operator Graduation class-withholds private-only material, recomputes claim support, and mints effect-disabled recorded-playback projection versions under the same source-run identity. Mechanical Seal vetoes have no aesthetic waiver; the atlas previews locally without binding Projector.
Four encounter-order program slots on the Common Exhibit Contract, with empty, presentable-hole, filled, and withdrawn occupancies, plus Seal, revoke, re-Graduation, and delete-private-graph rules.
