…dmission entrypoints) Adds the separate, explicitly authorized h95 holdout path promised by the frozen Phase A producer's admission docstring (commit ce7eedf): benchmarks/inferswarm_97b/ holdout-only entrypoints accept exactly the 24 committed h95 cells and delegate to the byte-identical frozen Phase A reference/chain runners with ONLY the admission callable swapped. - Phase A calibration producer 57dfcb7... unchanged; every frozen inferswarm_97 file byte-identical (enforced by test). - No methodology, threshold, topology, semantic, or evidence-contract change; no execution/model math duplicated (source-audited by test). - 13-test CPU-only suite (synthetic fixtures only, no secret material). - Phase A harness suite (10 tests) still green.

Adds the v4 physical producer as an evidence-identity adaptation of the accepted FlashML-org#88 execution path. It binds the accepted FlashML-org#95 methodology merge
e12a6e3d5589044bace0c9555c0d364fb57a6229, v4 contract identity, checkpoint/revision, eight-decision canonical-prefix reference execution, and teacher-forced heterogeneous candidate execution. No model or execution math is changed.The producer requires an externally pinned
--expected-producer-sha, rejects dirty/wrong/missing producer identities before runtime initialization, rejects non-c95/p95 namespaces, and preserves h95 prohibition.Verified: 55 focused InferSwarm harness tests.
The h95 holdout is not executed or authorized by this PR. Do not merge before campaign adjudication.
