In `@scripts/stryker-diff.mjs`:
- Line 381: Update the STRYKER_TEMP_DIR value in the stryker-diff configuration
to be relative to runRoot, while still pointing to the repository-level
.stryker-tmp location; use the existing path utilities and packageEntry.id
structure so Stryker’s tempDirName basename exclusion continues to work for
webview runs.

Should help local development
…#1525) * fix(ci): isolate Stryker sandboxes from hooks * fix(ci): keep Stryker temp paths traversable --------- Co-authored-by: Roomote <roomote@roomote.dev>
What changed
.stryker-tmpdirectory using a run-root-relative path..stryker-tmptrees from the extension ESLint and TypeScript project scans, including watch mode. Why this change was made
Interrupted Stryker runs can bypass normal disposal and leave a package-local sandbox containing copied or partially mutated source. The extension's broad lint and TypeScript globs then scanned those copies, causing suppression-path lint failures and spurious type errors such as the Playwright mount diagnostics reported in #1514.
Closes #1514.
Impact
Local commits and pushes are no longer blocked by abandoned mutation sandboxes, and Stryker skips stale sandboxes when discovering dependency directories. Focused tests cover run-root path resolution and the default/configured Stryker setting; full lint, type-check, model-check, mutation-gate tests, and workspace tests pass.
