Hello I am building a vs code extension to post issue and to claim them, still in development

As a part of the project is written in french, I suggest you open it with an agentic solution and make it translate in english (essentially the founder_notes to have a brief idea of the scope).
I prepared agents to build the project, and and skills., a SRS (CDC.md), in french, and a test plan in recettes.
It's a monorepo with the extension of vs code, and there is a github app, too.
You should see by yourself.

I would like a review on the concept of the app, and eventually pivot in the right direction.
Actually it's a github app and a vs code copilot extension, when we make @Zimb in the chat, it automatically write an issue, and a flag pop to others user to claim or see the issue inside vs. I planned to make a kanban and a flutter web app to see the issues but I am not sure it's right angle for a v1.
