🚀 Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js >= 18.x
• PostgreSQL database instance
• Redis server instance (optional, fallback available)

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/YOUR-USERNAME/YOUR-REPO-NAME.git
cd E-Commerce

2. Frontend Setup

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

The storefront will be available at http://localhost:3000.

3. Backend Setup

cd ../backend
npm install

Configure your environment variables in backend/.env:

PORT=5000

Initialize database & seed mock data:

npx prisma db push
