• EPIC: Keycloak hard cutover

  Tracker: https://github.com/Xore/auth-backend/issues/96 ? Cross-repository hard-cutover program with Xore/APIARY. Keycloak becomes the sole identity, authentication, session, MFA/passkey, recovery, and authorization-policy engine. This repository retains declarative Keycloak deployment/realm configuration, automated tests, and a custom Keycloak theme based on xore/theme and the current auth-backend look and feel. All users start fresh; no legacy identity data is preserved. The bespoke Go authentication runtime is removed at hard cutover after complete functional and visual validation.
