Configured the codebase to support running on Heroku:

  • Added an app.json file pointing to a bun buildpack, essential-0 postgresql addon, and mini redis addon. Also auto-generates auth secrets via generator: secret.
  • Added a Procfile configured for independent deployments via an injected SERVICE_NAME environment variable, defaulting to @comp/app. Also runs database migrations on the release phase.
  • Setup db:deploy command inside root and @comp/db workspace for Heroku's release phase.
  • Added SKIP_ENV_VALIDATION=true to app.json to prevent T3/Next.js environment validations from crashing the Dockerless Heroku build phase due to missing runtime variables.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18335840655367741487 started by @jasonspriggs

- Added `app.json` with bun buildpack and essential PostgreSQL/Redis addons.
- Added `Procfile` mapping dynamic `$SERVICE_NAME` to support deploying monorepo services independently.
- Setup `release` phase command for Prisma database migrations `db:deploy`.
- Bypassed Next.js environment validation for build step via `SKIP_ENV_VALIDATION=true`.
- Added missing `db:deploy` to DB and root package.json.
