The 1.x stabilization landed without breaking the surface we use: toml::Table, toml::Value, toml::to_string_pretty, toml::from_str, toml::de::Error, toml::ser::Error all carry over. config / init / trust / project call sites compile clean. 373 tests pass, fmt + clippy -D warnings clean.
