…main sigma) Updates the public README to describe the post-Phase-3-polish state: - Cross-domain correlation: pairwise → N-way with default 3-way rules. - Adaptive correlation windows tuned per-rule via EWMA with hysteresis. - Per-domain feedback attribution (1/N weighting across involved_domains). - Reflection engine: four → five analysis passes. - Test count: 302 → 415. - Status section: marks the four "in progress / open" Phase-3 sub-goals shipped and trims the open list to actual remaining work.
