docs(readme): add DSH plugin integration visual

变更

• Get started 最上方新增 DSH 插件接入图，位于 Desktop App 图之前：
  • assets/dsh-plugin-en.svg / dsh-plugin-en-light.svg
  • assets/dsh-plugin-cn.svg / dsh-plugin-cn-light.svg
• 图中展示：
  • DSH 侧边栏 iframe 加载同一套 Mebular Console（?embed=dsh）
  • 官方 MCP client → 同一个 daemon 的 /mcp
  • daemon 发现顺序 daemonUrl > MEBULAR_HTTP_PORT > runtime.json > 7331
  • App 仍是控制面，DSH 是 agent shell
• Desktop App 文案保留原位，压缩为更短的一段：
  • 保留 Releases 入口、三平台资产、SHA256 校验、Gatekeeper/SmartScreen 和自带 runtime
  • 删除重复的 “so it needs no local Node.js” 等冗长表述
• Docs 下方的 DSH 安装段落保留，避免丢失安装命令和开发路径。

视觉一致性

• 与 desktop-steps-* / other-paths-* 使用相同暗色/亮色 palette、字体、卡片和宽度语言
• EN/CN 同步；亮暗两版都提供 <picture> 切换
• 图内文案只描述现有实现，不含未发布功能

验证

• npm run check:docs：7/7
• 四个 SVG xmllint 通过
• 本地 Chrome 预览 EN/CN、亮/暗四版
• 图片路径均存在，EN/CN 标题结构保持一致
