First major release of StimControl. Requires MATLAB 2023b, or admin permissions on the target computer to run the installer.

Note: time constraints mean that the .exe file's functionality has not been fully tested in a fresh environment. If you run into issues, I recommend downloading the source code and running from MATLAB directly. Testing has been done on matlab versions R2023b and R2024b
