Port to 1.21.11

  • Mod updated to Minecraft version 1.21.11
  • Mod version bumped to 0.4.0 (config schema version remains v2)
  • Implemented compatibility with the new deferred rendering pipeline. Removed outdated transparency mixins (VertexBufferMixin)
  • Extracted and updated the developer API package

Closes #1
