'use strict' at the top of webhoseio.js

I am trying to deploy an app to Heroku and the unnecessary 'use strict' statement stops the app from being minified by UglifyJS. Is there a workaround-configuration for this? Otherwise I highly suggest removing this line as its inside a module anyway.

EDIT: This dependency is just generally not minifiable at all
