fix: finish wallet dialog keyboard hardening and release evidence

Summary

• Contain focus in empty and connecting wallet dialogs; preserve Escape and trigger focus recovery.
• Refresh README, hardening report, release validation, and submission checklist with current production evidence.
• No wallet execution, contract, database, dependency, or environment changes.

Verification

• 67 Node tests and 86 Vitest tests pass; typecheck/build pass.
• Production dependency audit: zero vulnerabilities.
• Production navigation at 1440/390 px and overflow at 320 px checked; six real markets and all six board profiles loaded.
• Completed public challenge reloads both outcomes and receipt links.
• Local browser confirms Tab containment, Escape close, and focus return.

Remaining risk

Runtime bundle warning remains. QR is suspended. Target-wallet rejection/network/account-switch and physical-device acceptance are not newly verified. Refs #8; do not automatically close outstanding manual acceptance.
