New privacy Policy

We have tried to upload a new privacy policy article to the site.
Apparently one of the div's is hiding the content.
If needed, I'll share the file through Google drive.

We copy past the file to the article and it came like that.

File is shared with developers.

This is on hold until the server issues are resolved and I get the time to upgrade repo to newer version.
