- Update UPSTREAM_VERSION, docker-compose.yml, and e2e compose files to v0.12.0
- Add preprocessor markup rule prefixing quoted root-relative strings in expression regions (script/style-excluded, backtick-safe) to fix v0.12.0 workspaceHref links 404ing outside the root path
- Make the models.py background-image file-deletion guard comparison root-path tolerant (frontend stores the URL base-prefixed)
- Harden e2e chat completion check for v0.12.0's permanent sidebar chat-list "Loading…" spinner (scope to chat section, require visibility)
