同步 v1.3.8 Tag、GitHub Release 和生产验收已完成。
- 移除 v1.3.7 遗留的本地 en_US-lessac-high 分片模型（约 115MB）与 Worker 运行时文件 （PR #39 已切换 voice.shadow.wang CDN + 主线程推理，不再使用） - 同步 release-gate.config.json、scripts/check.mjs、scripts/security-check.mjs、 THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md、piper-dev-server e2e 与 public/sw.js 中的引用 - 已通过 npm run verify、release:check 与语音相关 e2e（33 项）

Growth Loop MVP 期间多条 PR 相互依赖，把合并顺序、叠加栈去重说明与 合并门槛写进 CONTRIBUTING.md，作为随代码版本化的权威源。
* feat: add Growth Loop MVP foundations * feat: integrate Growth Loop MVP local-first flow * fix(ci): run all pgTAP files in test:db so growth_loop tests are covered test-shared-db.mjs 改为扫描 supabase/tests/*.sql，而不是只跑 learning_rls_test.sql。growth_loop 的 5 个 pgTAP 文件因此纳入 npm run test:db 与 CI 覆盖（在已应用迁移的实例上实测 6 文件 / 159 项 PASS）；共享实例在控制面登记迁移前会如实报 schema 缺失。
