A USB camera that broadcasts to Smart dash
Also made autonomous forward command end when both encoders reach specified distance.

This reverts commit d47beae.

Conflicts:

Why not have the "execute" method run the left side and the right side independently?

I'm not sure if what you have is better or if it's better to have them run independently, but in either case I'd like to see this work on the actual robot. You're welcome to go without me, but there are rules:

  1. Whatever code was on the robot when you arrive must be on the robot when you leave. I don't care if your code works, it doesn't work until I say it works. And really it doesn't work until Mr Jarrell says it works.
  2. Make sure someone else is there when you're doing this. I'm not yet comfortable with you and the robot alone in a dark room. Too taboo

If it does work, send me a video of the new and improved autonomous and I'll merge your request! Looking good Piyush :)
