Data now removes any cases if one or more input files are missing *all* ensemble members. That is, we allow an input to be missing some members on a particular case, without removing the cases from verification.
Interpolate ensembles as well
This version uses the RMSE of the ensemble mean and the ensemble std instead of the spread of two quantiles.
This works with any preaggregation
This uses the ensemble standard deviation, instead of the spread of two quantiles.
Instead, set the last dimension to size 0 if there is no ensemble
verif.util.clean now uses 32bit floats. This should reduce memory footprint by a factor of 2. Use float64 when reading time variables as float32 doesn't have the precision needed to represent unixtime.D Bug Use np.float32 as default in verif.util.clean
