Summary

• Add self-contained chart editor and 3D map scene templates, guidance, and shared query/morph documentation.
• Publish chart editor and global air-quality 3D map examples in both Chinese and English on the website.
• Package eight standalone skills: four visactor- names and four unprefixed names, with each archive's SKILL.md name matching its archive.
• Improve VSeed morph identity and animation behavior, and update the standard editor and data connectors with regression coverage.
