docs: sidebar — Getting started group with visible Quick start steps - #116

Follow-up to #114/#115: the Quick start steps were invisible until the page was opened — the RTD theme collapses inactive branches by default. collapse_navigation=False keeps every group's pages and their section headings visible up front; navigation_depth=3 stops the tree at page sections (79 sidebar items total — informative, not overwhelming). Per review of the sidebar: Quick start rendered as a bare link above the captioned groups instead of a group of its own. Restore the caption — renamed to Getting started, which also removes the caption/page name duplication — with the steps visible up front thanks to the expanded navigation from the previous commit. Follow-up to #114/#115 (no separate issue — sidebar-only fixes). Two changes: (1)
collapse_navigation: False+navigation_depth: 3keep the whole tree expanded, so the Quick start steps and every group's pages/sections are visible without clicking (79 sidebar items, level-3 adds only 4); (2) the Quick start page sits under a proper Getting started caption, level with Agents/IDE integration/Installation — previously it rendered as a bare link above the groups.
