A client-side input JSON builder for two structure-prediction tools, switchable from the header. The choice lives in the URL: ?mode=protenix opens Protenix, while ?mode=openfold3 or no parameter opens OpenFold3. Each builder keeps its own state, so switching never loses work.
- OpenFold3 — guides you step by step through protein/RNA/DNA/ligand chains, MSA/template options, and pocket constraints, and generates a query JSON that strictly follows the official schema. All 7 examples from the official docs are built in.
- Protenix — builds the list-of-jobs inference JSON (
proteinChain/dnaSequence/rnaSequence/ligand/ionentities withcountand optionalid, PTM/modification lists, MSA and template paths,covalent_bonds, andcontact/pocketconstraints) exactly as the reference page specifies, and flags anything that deviates from it.
