The default Material 3 look (flat AppBar, borderless list, hard-outlined text fields, generic FAB) read as plain. This is a scoped theming/layout pass, no behavior changes.

Stacked on chore/rename-to-resumate (PR #5) since app.dart changed there too — retarget to main once that merges, or I'll do it.

Changes

lib/app.dart — one shared _buildTheme(ColorScheme) used for light and dark so they can't drift:

• Bold 22pt AppBar title, scrolledUnderElevation so content lifts the bar on scroll.
• CardThemeData: rounded 16px corners, subtle outline instead of a shadow, tonal surfaceContainerLow fill.
• InputDecorationTheme: filled, rounded 12px, borderless until focused (was a hard rectangular outline on every field, everywhere).
• TabBarThemeData: bold labels, thicker centered indicator.
• FAB, SnackBar, Divider theming for consistency.

lib/ui/home/home_screen.dart:

• Document rows are now Cards with a tonal CircleAvatar icon (resume vs. letter gets a different container colour), bold title.
• Empty state gets an icon + a hint line instead of one sentence of plain text.
• The "New document" bottom sheet gets a title, rounded top corners, and the same icon-avatar treatment as the list.

Screenshots (Pixel 9 Pro emulator, before this PR vs. after — home screen and the resume editor's filled inputs) available on request; verified by actually running the app, not just flutter analyze.
