Closes the gaps from a full project review before calling v1 buttoned up:

• Real app icon + splash screen (blue #0000FF "R" monogram in EB Garamond
  Bold, matching the in-app look) via flutter_launcher_icons /
  flutter_native_splash, replacing the stock Flutter logo. Bumped
  pubspec.yaml version to 1.1.0+2 to match the v1.1 tag.
• texUrl() percent-encodes #/% in PORTFOLIO_URL / GITHUB_URL /
  LINKEDIN_URL before they go into \href{...}, closing the documented gap
  where either character could break the generated .tex.
• Widget tests for the six screens the README listed as uncovered:
  SettingsScreen, PreviewScreen, LatexEditorScreen, PdfCombinerScreen,
  ExportSheet, contact_section.dart. 53 tests total (up from 38), plus two
  new testing-seam gotchas documented in the README/test comments (an asset
  load that only resolves reliably in the first testWidgets per file/isolate,
  and a page taller than the default test surface).

flutter analyze clean, all 53 tests pass, both flutter build apk --debug
and flutter build ios --release --no-codesign succeed with the new assets.
