Render Markdown links as clickable text in table cells #2

Markdown links inside table cells are currently displayed as raw Markdown syntax, including both the link text and URL.
For example:
Application Description
is displayed as:
Application Description

Expected behavior
The table should display only the link text:
Application Description
The text should remain clickable and open the corresponding URL.

Actual behavior
The complete Markdown link syntax is shown as plain text, making table cells unnecessarily long and difficult to read.
