[Feature Request] shipped hosts lists are duplicates #9

What feature would you like?

in current version 6.6.1-c (same as in the last version of original project) the adaway is shipped with these 3 lists:

• Hosts AdAway official - https://adaway.org/hosts.txt
• Hosts Pete Lowe blocklist - https://pgl.yoyo.org/adservers/serverlist.php?hostformat=hosts&showintro=0&mimetype=plaintext
• Hosts StevenBlack Unified - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StevenBlack/hosts/master/hosts

but as per: https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts#sources-of-hosts-data-unified-in-this-variant the StevenBlack Unified variant already includes both lists incorporated in itself:

• Hosts AdAway official
• Hosts Pete Lowe blocklist

therefore first two shipped lists are unnecessary duplicates good to be removed (or at least disabled by default after startup)

also less work for dedupe process in v7 :)
