In Bybit → API Management → Create API → System-generated → API Permissions = Read-Write → scroll to Fiat Trading → tick only Ads (leave everything else unchecked). Save. We recommend whitelisting your home IP if you have a static one.
- Configure the bot. Paste your license key, Bybit API key, and secret into VelosBot.exe. Open the Android app, enter the same license key, and configure your coins and ads.

Is my Bybit API key safe? Yes. Your key stays on your PC, stored locally. Our server never sees your API key — even if we got hacked, your funds are safe. The "Fiat Trading → Ads only" permission can update your P2P ad prices and nothing else — it physically cannot withdraw, transfer, or trade. We also recommend whitelisting your home IP if you have a static one.
