Qoder API requires request body to be encoded using a custom base64 scheme (standard base64 → segment rearrangement → alphabet substitution). The body was being sent as plain JSON, causing upstream 500 errors. Changes: - Add customBase64Encode function (port from Java QoderEncoding.encode) - Update buildCosyRequest to encode body before sending and signing - Update IDEVersion from 0.14.2 to 0.1.43 - Add &Encode=1 to ChatQueryExtra URL parameter - Update Cosy-Clienttype header from 0 to 5 Fixes Ve-ria#6
