Here's my hot take. Let me know what y'all think. My pull request is basically two lines of code (which everyone seems to have listed as their fixes) and a ton of comments/notes.
Note: the "Paige's attempted code review VanAndelInstitute #2" is the final version. For some reason, my first commit was an old version I had made, so I had to commit again. I apologize for the hot mess that is commit #2
