- Created metadata.json for CaramOS Control Center applet, defining UUID, name, description, version, and max instances.
- Added stylesheet.css for the applet, including styles for panel button, popup surface, header, sliders, tile grid, inline cards, overlays, and dialog actions.
- Removed obsolete migration files for v1.0.12.
- Introduced new migration files for v1.0.13, including:
  - `install_control_center.py`: installs the CaramOS Control Center applet and updates enabled applets for live users.
  - `manifest.json`: details the migration, including versioning and changes.
  - `tracker-control-center.md`: comprehensive tracker for the development and implementation of the Control Center applet, outlining phases, goals, and acceptance criteria.
- Introduced `test_privilege.py` to validate the locking mechanism in the OTA process, ensuring inherited file descriptors are handled correctly and competitors are rejected.
- Added `test_state.py` to verify that state schema upgrades occur without losing transaction history.
- Implemented `ledger.py` to manage migration history, including loading, saving, and bootstrapping the migration ledger.
- Created `registry.py` for auto-discovery and validation of migration metadata, ensuring proper versioning and schema compliance.
- Added a comprehensive script `check-claude-endpoint-compat.sh` to probe compatibility with the Claude endpoint, covering various API functionalities and error handling.
