Give business and regulators a shared legal infrastructure for EVM technologies: business keeps its own digital operating layer, the regulator gets a foundation for identification and oversight, and both sides test the model with real participants — in a sandbox. We build a bridge between consumer, business, and regulator: training, configuration, and testing of EVM tools in the shared and local sandbox contours.
