Wolfair Aviation is an FSHub Virtual Airline that was reviewed and approved by Vatsim. The ICAO "WLF" is currently in the pool list as "Hubei Sky-blue International Aviation Academy Co., Ltd, SKY BLUE", which is no longer in use in IRL. Below is the link also for the FSHub page,
