Per Akhil on original thread GMU manages. "GMU is allowed to collapse some of the rails in some cases (GX/MXC/GXMXC etc). So there should not be any other vote for these resources on behalf of GPU/GMU from the KMD side. You may have to vote some resources for GPUCC block itself (I know it is in AO domain, but still). I don't know the specifics. Can you reach out to QC clk team (Taniya/Jagadeesh etc) for necessary details? We should be careful here. Just boot up testing is not sufficient when it comes to clk/power."

yaps2-sa: fix cheevos script fat-finger
New ARM64 EE/VU recompiler backend ported from upstream PCSX2 and optional GS multi-threading, plus several game compatibility fixes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Pulls 54 commits including arm64 EE recompiler superblock work (SL-01..SL-12), several mVU flag-handling correctness fixes cherry-picked from pstef's PR #7, and mVU0 spin-wait fast-forwarding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Update yaps2-sa from 891f3b519 to upstream main dbb7eade6. Highlights since 891f3b519, mostly arm64 correctness and EE/mVU recompiler work: - arm64/EE: static register allocation (EE-SRA) — GPR pins for the hottest MIPS registers, lazy-dirty write elision, pinned operands consumed directly by branches, loads/stores, mul/div and JR/JALR. - arm64/mVU: several JIT correctness fixes — mVUclear must zero lpState on any write, content-drifted programs evicted from the contentMap, E-bit STATUS broadcast to all flag instances, XGKICK sync flushes the regalloc, condEvilBranch ported. - EE interp: arm the cancel jmp_buf in intStep, not just intExecute. - UI: pre-fill mandatory name fields so controller-only handhelds can create memory cards/profiles. - achievements: report as yaps2, softcore-only. Both ROCKNIX patches (000-fix-arm-compilation, 0000-set-version) still apply — upstream continues to use CMAKE_HOST_SYSTEM_PROCESSOR and the try_run page/cache-line detection the arm patch fixes up. The new libretro core target is opt-in (ENABLE_LIBRETRO=OFF by default), so nothing extra gets built here. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
