- Added 'calculate_available_methods' to 'FulfillmentService'.
- Updated 'CheckoutService' to support split shipments and 'available_methods' calculation.
- Fixed serialization issue for 'FulfillmentAvailableMethod'.
- Updated 'update_checkout' route to merge platform config from request body.
