This PR

Introduces the property config.file that returns the path to the config file and None is no configuration file was read
Enhances print_config so that it also prints the contents of configuration sections
Add documentation, particularly examples and a section about default configuration
Improve test coverage around the config module

Can't really declare module level properties, but set the module's __class__ instead.
