The idea is to merge the tables so that at the end we have a tag list:
machine/arch/version
next to each software (version = software set version).

The process_easyconfig uses EasyConfigParser internally. In this commit we use the EasyConfigParser directly as process_easyconfig does a lot of extra work that is not necessary.
System inclusions go first.
We would like the code to fails if mandatory fields are missing. We also store the toolchain version in the easyconfig dictionary, the toolchain versions will diverge from the releases in the future. Sources: - https://docs.easybuild.io/writing-easyconfig-files/#mandatory-easyconfig-parameters
