Libraries

The user library is a fully sequential function call for each sub-operation of all the operations.

The operation must start with the petition of the key, this petition should be password-less even on a password protected system

Then, the request should be build according to the network protocol, encrypted and send to the regional master.

Finally, the function must enter a blocking wait until the regional master returns a response, either a correct response or an error response.

If the response is an error, the user must handle the situation.
