Implemented the updateable inference lens and the progressive update trait, testing for short and longer updating, added model manager to update models in a background thread. The model manager will have a background thread that repeatedly checks each model with the update trait if that model is updated. If it hasn't completed updating, this thread calls the model to update itself.
