Every scripts/bootstrap.sh change from the adopter field report, batched so ONE scratch-repo E2E validates all of them: repo settings (W3), security phase (W4), licence phase (W1), coarse-Type fallback (W5b), runner variable (W2). Exit criterion: zero open priority:p0/p1 issues, and the full E2E matrix in the plan run green.
