ui: launch flow as a step rail with a live preview

Part 8 of 9 of the UI overhaul, stacked on #61. Each PR's diff is only its own step; review and merge in order.

The launch form rebuilt as six steps beside a live preview.

What changes

• Six steps on a rail that fills as each one is done: chain and quote, token, starting market cap, fees, first buy, launch.
• The preview beside the form shows the launch as the board will (card, row and page), built from the same row shape the board uses (launch-preview.ts).
• The quote picker shows each quote's mark (ETH, USDC, TWIG, GITLAWB, stock). TWIG stays the Base nudge, as on main; the pair badge and fee chip sit in the console.
• The launch button stays in the sticky console on wide screens and closes the steps on phones.
• Logo and banner uploads side by side at equal height; the checks are named once, for the error list and the rail.
• Reads the hydration-safe account.
• banner.test.ts (the banner contract across schema, route, form, sheet, cards and page) lands here, the last part it reads.

Checks on this branch: lint, tsc --noEmit, npm test (914 pass, 0 fail, 10 skipped), next build.
