AI-native exmxc: crawlable sPEG evidence + historical Convergence freshness

Changes

• sPEG Index v1 release: 10 source-derived default HTML profiles (5 members, 5 watchlist), not just JavaScript 'Loading profiles'. Includes pinned release speg-index-2026-09-17-v1, direct structured-profile links, seven-dimensional? No: five-dimensional ordinal SDS vectors, and no valuation recomputation.
• Interactive evidence selector reads existing MCP release; checks exact release ID, count and membership totals, and explains six admission gates, binding sensitivity, falsifiers and linked source IDs.
• Regenerator (scripts/build-speg-static.mjs) + npm run validate:webflow parity gate ensures static HTML follows the immutable dataset.
• Convergence GET /convergence/latest and /convergence/log and corresponding MCP tools now disclose freshness_status, published-observation count, observation age, and is_live_market_signal:false. Existing sole June 15 entry unchanged. No false claim of a weekly operational feed.
• Separate Webflow staging for sPEG Index and dated Convergence historical notice. Do not publish until CI and API verification.

Boundaries

No new sPEG scores, member admissions, valuation or performance claims. No generated Convergence readings or market posture. This is a gated discoverability + evidence-integrity release. After merge, validate production MCP first, then publish staged Webflow changes; separately evaluate independent AI citation performance. AI Commerce Exposure longitudinal explorer remains gated on a verified Wave 2.
