fix: close menu frames and regenerate screenshots (v2.12.1) - #37

- Action and snapshot menu rows are padded via _box_content and get a right border; long guest names in titles are truncated. - Regenerate README screenshots from v2.12.1 on a real PVE 9.2 host. - Remove obsolete, unreferenced docs/screenshots/Screenshot.png. - Bump version to 2.12.1.
