The Assembly section said the parts assemble on their own and showed nothing. Five photos now follow it, two to a row: the board in its place, the cover, the reader in the base, the display fitted, and the finished stand. The photos are re-encoded without their metadata and named as the other images in this directory.
The pictures sat against the left margin. Markdown tables cannot be centred on GitHub, so each picture table becomes an HTML table with align="center", and the render is centred in its own paragraph. The assembly photos carry their step number and nothing else.

What this changes
The desktop stand's README said in its Assembly section that the parts assemble on their own, and showed nothing. Five photos of the assembly now follow that paragraph, two to a row (the last one on its own), each under its step number and nothing else:
The photos are in
Model3D/0.Desktop/Images/Assembly/, named like the other images there (tigerspool-desk-assembly-step-N.jpg), re-encoded without their metadata asModel3D/README.mdasks (phone, date, GPS) and scaled to 1290 x 1720.Every picture in this README is now centred. They sat against the left margin, and a Markdown table cannot be centred on GitHub, so each picture table becomes an HTML table with
align="center"and the render sits in its own centred paragraph. The text, the links and the tables of files and print settings are untouched. Why: someone assembling the stand has the parts in hand and nothing to check the order against; the photos say it faster than a paragraph would.
What you tested it on
Docs and pictures only, so no device. The README was opened on the branch in the fork and read as GitHub renders it: the photos two to a row, the last on its own, everything centred, the existing pictures unchanged apart from the centring.
bash scripts/verify.sh --quickpasses except "generated files match their generator", which also fails on a cleanmainon the machine used; the models guard checks the new files (names, no EXIF) and the links all resolve.Checklist
CHANGELOG.mdupdated for anything user-visible. (left to the release ritual)
