col_types missing from read_xlsx() but present in docs

This is very similar to #21 . The docs for read_xlsx() mention that it's possible to pass a col_types, but that is not actually implemented. The reasoning and the behaviour is identical as for #21 :-)

this should be fixed in the coltypesxl branch if you want to give it a try

julia> xdf = read_xlsx("/Users/danielrizk/juliaprojects/TidierFiles.jl/testing_files/xlsxtest.xlsx", col_types = Dict(:floats => string, 1 => Float32))
