Badge changes in both root READMEs now that foil-ai is on PyPI:

  • The static version-0.6.1 badge becomes pypi/v/foil-ai, which updates by itself on each release.
  • The static python-3.11+ badge becomes pypi/pyversions/foil-ai, which reads the classifiers in pyproject.toml.
  • A new monthly downloads badge (pypi/dm/foil-ai).

All three link to the PyPI project page. License, CI, Platform and Runtime dependencies stay as they are.

Checks

  • pytest tests/test_docs_hygiene.py tests/test_skills.py: 36 passed. Both new hosts are already on the public URL allowlist.
  • Not checked: how the badges render, because shields.io is blocked from this machine. They are the standard shields.io PyPI endpoints.
  • Ran the independent review, privacy check and publish-safety check before merge.

The version badge no longer needs a bump each release.
