Reverts the content of #74.
foil-orchestratorwas never published, so the READMEs, the operator skill, the requirements and the 0.6.1 changelog no longer tell anyone to uninstall it.AGENTS.md gains a rule that every agent working on Foil reads: write no compatibility path for a state that was never released. A version published to PyPI is the only baseline.
